Front Porch Extension – September 2009

Sean and Pete worked every weekday, even through the on/off rain of the first two weeks. An 8am start was the norm and no slacking until 4pm – not even for lunch most days!

The foundations were complete in just a couple of days and we were amazed at the speed and efficiency with which the front porch extension was tackled.

We were really happy with the attention to detail that Sean and Pete provided. An unexpected drain they uncovered required extra work and they consulted with us at every stage to ensure this didn’t cause any problems.

Sean went above and beyond in catering for our cats and spent extra care in building in a cat flap through the cavity wall, a job that had a few complications along the way.

We have no hesitation in recommending Sean and Pete and in fact we have already passed their details onto a few of our friends.
One note for anyone thinking of hiring these guys, don’t slack off on the tea and coffee – they deserve it!
