Two Story Extension – May to July 2011

Removal of conservatory and build a two story extension in its place.

Sean and Pete arrived after an excellent reference from a family friend. They came around the same week and were quick to understand our plans and suggest improvements and cost saving methods. They were able to start the next week and did so! Straight away they picked up and sorted out some initial issues – building inspectors finding faults with the existing floors, extras we had overlooked etc… The lads sorted all these as they went!

They worked all day, every day and were a pleasure to have around the house. A tidy site at all times – inside and out… All the sub-contractors were arranged perfectly, turned up on time and where loose ends were left, Sean and Pete were straight round – followed by the apologetic subbies!

The extension flew up – we took their (excellent) advice on materials including matching roof tiles and are pleased with the decision – the house looks great.

We even asked them to put some new guttering up, finished off an exterior wall and build a bespoke porch – all were done quickly and effectively – no fuss!

Assuming they are not too busy I will be asking them back if we ever need any building in the future. I fully recommend them to anyone.
