Extension and Internal Alterations – March 2012

Dear Pete & Sean,

Back in October 2011 we bought our retirement bungalow in Matlock and obtained drawings for an extension and substantial internal alterations.

Peter and Sean were recommended to us and we asked them to start work at the short notice of three weeks. They both arrived at 8.30am on the third Monday, having worked very hard to finish their current job in time. By the way, I mean ‘both of them’, you don’t get one without the other a they don’t leave your job until it is finished.

For the next four months, through the winter they never missed am working day, from 8.30am to dusk. Not surprising the work was completed ahead of schedule. Make sure you know what you want and be ready to instruct them because they don’t like standing around!

They always work with good humour, will give advice where needed and have access to tradesmen who will oblige with those extra little jobs you had forgotten about.

Pete and Sean are builders with many years of experience , I fully recommend them to do a good job and we will definitely use them again in the future.
