Firstly, we would like to say thank you for all your help and ideas during the domestic extension work that you undertook on our property.
We would also like to write a few words of recommendation that may be helpful to anyone considering embarking on a similar project.
Our project started life as a simple idea to create more space by building an extension to the back, and refurbishing the interior. To this end we engaged a firm of surveyors to prepare the plans and project manage the work.
The surveyors produced a list of builders to tender for the work, Sean & Pete included. When they came to the house, they were by far the most in tune with our ideas for the project and impressed us with their ideas.
Work commenced, all we had to do was stand back and be amazed. The work was speedy, tidy an of exceptional quality. We were consulted all along the way.
The original plan was changed more then once (remember the coal seem and the staircase guys) however Sean & Pete were great and took every thing in their stride, and after some eleven weeks the project was complete.
We now have the home that was envisaged from the start with quite a s few added features care of Sean & Pete. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone wishing to engage their services. The are helpful, friendly and above all genuine. All they need to keep going is tea, coffee and a few biscuits.
