Double Storey Extension – January 2004
Dear Sean and Pete, Now that work has been completed on our double storey extension we would like to convey our thanks for a job well done. Not only were you able to start our project at relatively short notice, but you managed to complete within the time you told us and considering we changed a few bits during the build, it was extremely close to the quoted price.
We knew that the project was quite major with two new bedrooms on with en-suite, a two metre extension to the front of the house, new garage and a double sized kitchen extension. All of this completed through last years summer heat wave in about 10 weeks, quite impressive. Many people passing our house have commented on the professional way you ran the construction and the tidiness of the site, leaving very little for us to get involved with.
You were aware that before the build we had only briefly met and we were relying totally on the word of mouth reference from Jim Hughes, who assured us that things would go smoothly. Clearly this was sound advise and we are now more than happy to recommend you to others.
